An Act made to establish the Ansar-VDP Development Bank
Whereas it is expedient to establish a bank by the name of Ansar-VDPDevelopment Bank;
Now, therefore, it is herewith enacted as follows:-
1. Short title and application.-(1) This Act may be called theAnsar-VDP Development Bank Act, 1995.
(2) This Act shall be applicable in such areas as the Government may,by notification in the official Gazette, determine.
2. Definitions.-Unless there is anything repugnant in the subjector context, in this Act-
(a) "Bank" means the Ansar-VDP Development Bank;
(b) "Board" means the Managing Board of the Bank
