ENFORCEMENT DECREE OF THE EMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT Enforcement Date 21. Apr, 2015Article 145-3

Article 145-3 (Review of Regulations)

With regard to the scope of preferentially supported enterprises under Article 12, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall review the reasonableness thereof and take measures, such as making improvements, every two years (referring to no later than the day before January 1st of every second year) starting on January 1st 2015.

Article 146 (Criteria for Imposition of Fine for Negligence)

Criteria for imposition of fines for negligence under Article 118 (1) through (3) shall be as specified in the attached Table 3.
